- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give zero stars I would. I had an $85.00 pre-op appointment which went well. After my surgery I booked my first appointment for Saturday at 11am. Their office is open 9-2pm Saturdays. I showed up for my appointment and the office was closed. I never received a cancellation phone call. I was left with no physio and have to find another physiotherapy clinic that I am comfortable with when I should already be in recovery. They obviously do not care about patient care.
