  Today November 21st at 5pm I just went to return some items I had purchased as Christmas gifts but since have learned that the recipients had either bought for themselves or had wanted something else. I had my receipt for all items as well as everything in their original packaging UNOPENED. I chose those location since I live near by and get my families prescriptions filled here with never any issues. Well today I felt like a criminal returning items here. The cashier was friendly but as soon as some manager (didn’t get her name as she was wearing a coat, blonde older lady working in photo lab) came over to assist the cashier I was asked three times why I was returning these items (chocolate, sippy cups, calander, popcorn gift set, body wash gift set). Furthermore she told me next time I need to go to the store where they were originally purchased. Listen, I work in customer service and have for 10+ years selling higher merchandise (not that it matters) than what I had purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart, and I have NEVER treated someone the way I was treated here tonight. It’s too bad since I do frequently shop at this very location while waiting for my prescriptions to be filled. I won’t be returning. Also I would have wrote this in a survey but unfortunately there wasn’t one to complete on my receipt.

  Worst Pharmacy around. They never have my prescription's. I am currently battling cancer and they claim to have the best drugs for me. Half my medication they do not have. The one time they decided to get pharmasave to do my order and never told me. Then fought with me and said they called and I never had a missed call or voice mail on my.phone. Just now I called about a prescription and they pharmacy worker was SO rude and got mad at me because she has never heard of the drug I was asking about. It never ends with this place. I will never go back there.
