  Bad service Unhelpful staff I want to give less than 1 star because evening employees are rude. And milk is always finished at this location I was informed they have milk at back but can't put out till morning ! Worse service ever

  Blatant, unapologetic ageism and classism displayed by the cosmetics department employees. This is something that I have not only experienced myself, but have witnessed with other shoppers as well. No shopper wants to be followed around and treated like a thief, especially when the catalyst for this treatment is ones age or assumed financial status, which these employees seem to base on appearance. You can't even step into this section of the store without someone racing over from the cash register to follow you as you browse. The only people who don't seem to receive this kind of treatment from cosmetics employees are those who are obviously affluent or over the age of 45. While these issues may not seem important, this is still active discrimination. Profiling like this is wrong, and it's incredibly disappointing to see that Shoppers Drug Mart does not educate their employees on these matters, nor does the company seem to place any sort of importance on social issues like discrimination and prejudice. If these employees can comfortably make judgments based on age and class, and later act upon these judgments, they are likely doing this based on race and gender as well.
