- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a very unfortunate customer service experience. Tone of voice changed very quickly and I was spoken to as if I couldn't possibly find a cheaper rate anywhere else without them. Was told that I was unreachable - when in fact my contact information hasn't changed and they wouldn't verify the phone number I had on file.
