- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The people who work here are rude and they pressure the hell out of you. It's high pressure sales tactics that you would expect from a used car sales man not a dental office. Even when you tell them no they pressure you and pressure you. I had 3 kids with me I found out one needs to be put to sleep, the other needs braces, and the last needs cavities filled. I was so overwhelmed trying to fill out all this paper work telling them I'd book the appointments later I need to look at our schedule at home. The woman booked 9 month check ups and appointments for the following day that I can't make while I was filling out paper work. When I called to cancel they told me I have to pay hundreds before I can rebook because I did not give 5 days notice. If you need 5 days notice you should book appointments for more then 5 days away or listen to people when they say they need to go home and check their schedules. My daughter is sick we have lots of appointments at sick kids in Toronto and Mac, I can't commit to anythimg without checking our schedule first. While I was filling out paper work and the one woman was booking all these appointments another woman was trying to book a ortho consult for my oldest and an appointment to put my youngest to sleep. I've never had so many people coming at me from all directions pressuring me to do this and sign that while I'm trying to fill out papers, keep my 3 kids in line, and take in all the diagnoses. Just awful. Awful people, awful place. All the pressure makes me even wonder if my kids even need all of this work.by Courtney MilesMay 29, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been going to the same dental office for about 15 years so when I moved to Hamilton, I was hesitant on having to make the switch. To my surprise, I learned more about my teeth in one visit than I did over 15 years at my old office. The hygienist was professional and definitely knew her stuff! Got some great tips too!
