- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst experience ever. We brought our 11 year old dog in very weak condition with lost appetite , barely walking, afraid of the slippery shiny floors. The stuff was very unfriendly and not helpfull at all. the nurse acted as a doctor asking us all details about the problems and she didn't introduce herself as one. we weres under the impression that she was the vet since it was our first time there. The desk staff was very unfriendly too except for one young girl (probably a student) . after paying $200 we went home with nothing pretty much, no solution for his appetite. The doctor didn't even care to examine carefully his ears in spite of my mention that he had an ear problem a month ago. Total ignorance towards older bigger dogs.
