  One star for good prices. But my personal experience with a pharmacist today over the phone was terrible. He was condescending and the little speach he gave left me feel like I didn't matter as a person. Our medical system can move slowly so speaking with a pharmacist is often our best and only option. Today my pharmacist slowly and carefully explained to me that my personal background information was all white-noise to him as well as all doctors. He was an expert on this because, as he explained, his wife was a doctor. I was advised to only give the bare-bones of my request. He even gave me an example of what kind of sentence is acceptable. Wow. (Just a little free advice I suppose.) I was left feeling shocked by the exchange. It wasn't the first time I've had poor customer service here. To top things off his medical advice was irresponsible. Instead of suggesting that my healthcare provider be contacted regarding a refill on a prescription for acid reflux, he told me just to switch to Zantac. That was not his decision to make and it's a dangerous game to play doctor over the phone. I won't be back.
