- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If i could give no stars i would! We have been with the for about 5-7 years and the service is getting worse and worse! after waiting 72 hours for a quote, from Deb our broker, after we called her back, she still hadn't even bothered to do any research. We then requested a quote for a different car we were buying and it took her 6hrs to get back to us meaning that the car we had on hold we nearly lost because of her lack of customer service. She never calls back on the same day or within a reasonable time, cant wait to be don with this company and i advise you run away!
