- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My mother-in -Law is having cataract surgery with this Dr. I have had many eye surgeries, including cataract surgery and never once was charged any fees. My mother-in-law is hard of hearing and a bit senile and is being charged a significant amount of money while being on a fixed income. The Dr. says she needs "special" lenses and is being charged for Dr visits as well. I believe she is being taken advantage of as she is old, senile and hard of hearing, and strongly disagree with the fees being charged. I called the office and explained my concerns and was met with disdain and hostility to no avail. My mother-in-law needs the surgery ASAP as she is leaving the Country soon, and because of wait times etc, she really has no choice but to pay significant fees, as her vision is poor.
