  This is by far the worst Shoppers pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacists continually exhibit a complete lack of understanding and regard for clients who have special needs regarding medications. We have switched pharmacies and will never come here again.

  Popped in to pick up some cough drops for my son, it was 5 mins until they closed but the door was open and several people in line. I went straight to get what I needed and went straight to the cash, where there was 3 customers in front of me. I witnessed the 3 patrons in front of me by the young girl on get snapped at, the one lady had her bagged tossed at her, she tapped her nails on the counter in front of me and huffed at me twice. I didn’t at that point acknowledge to her that she was extremely rude to not only me but the other customers as well, she snapped at me and said “no I didn’t” perhaps when her hours get cut because no one wants to shop there because of her rude behaviour she will be sorry then. Since the Rexall pharmacy had closed I have been looking for a good pharmacy for my family but it won’t be that one.
