  Horrible customer service, the one lady should not be working with people what so ever. Not helpful at all when asking questions about sending my parcel, I tried asking multiple questions in different ways to clear something up and I still received the same life less response that did not clear up anything. When I mentioned it to a family member they right away knew what I was talking about so it wasn't just me.

  @Vickson Persaud Having worked in the mall for 3 years, I've had the pleasure of dealing with Brenda many times. I don't think I've met a nicer person who works in retail. I checked your other reviews and was appalled at some of your comments. Do you think this is how a real man comments about a lady? Well let me tell how a REAL man should handle this. Go back to the store and apologize for being so rude.
