  Horrific went here for continuing care for my uncle. The pharmacist and pharmacy manager (same person) were horrific to deal with. First we couldn't have my uncles meds put into bubble packs due to liability. First of all we are invested in my uncles well being...the pills were correctly in their bottles. This led to surplus of meds around the house. I say liability to that. But even the process of getting pills in bubble packs took weeks as this pharmacist evaded all calls from the Dr's office. When I went in to discuss why he was avoiding calls he blamed the nurse and presented a series of job frustrations and excuses. Than told me to take more responsibility -- trust me it was a rant not a short statement, nothing but the best from this pharmacist-- to which i said i am, i am trying to get his meds in bubble packs...your the obstacle. To move the conversation forward I told him that both are to blame and I expect them to chat. He also went on to tell me it's a pharmacy for people that don't have changes to their meds. Anyways it took weeks to have meds in bubble packs. As the month progressed we were met with complaints about how he had to document changes in meds from the Dr's office. Look this pharmacist is an a$$ he talks over you and u never get what u need-- trust me I am have been sales for years I would fire him. The team is submissive. The baby aspirin was another on a long list of nightmares. The brand/pharmacy has bubble packs on display, items for home care and even sent us an at home pharmacist to discuss his meds. So the real issue is the manager. He is rude, grumbles when asked for help and beyond difficult to deal with. Switch to shoppers we can even use baby aspirin I bought at rexall transported by me as an exception but without hassle. I am sure he can triple his productivity if he just kept his mouth shut. Just a nightmare...in a way I feel sorry for him probably alienated lots of people in his life and is probably clueless as to why.
