  I recently attended your clinic for twelve weekly treatments for frozen shoulder and other damage to both shoulders. From the initial assessment with Pam and explanation of what the plan would be, I felt totally comfortable. I noticed the friendly, knowledgeable and easy going atmosphere from my first visit. I was happy to feel almost immediate improvement in mobility in both shoulders. I plan to continue my exercises at home. If I have any future problems I will go back to Lifemark and would recommend them to others. Hughie Therien

  I was initially referred in April 2016 for physio to recover from knee replacement surgery. Staff were friendly but held me accountable to get my exercises done and done thoroughly! I recovered exceptionally well! I just had my other knee done and of course returned to this clinic. What a wonderful surprise to see all the familiar staff faces and they remembered me!. When I commented I was told one staff had been there 40 years, another 20 years and the rest may years in between! This speaks volumes of any organization! They all are happy and helpful and I never have to wait for an appointment. I am delighted to be back and can't wait to get better as quickly as I did last year with their help and support!
