  This is for the dry cleaner only not the store fortinos. I dropped off my friend's Indian outfit to have cleaned and the dry cleaner called me back hours later saying he found a hole, but I couldn't come today to pick it up as they were closing so I should come tmrw. This was odd as it was a new outfit without defects. I picked it up the next day, and sure enough there's a very visible hole on the blouse collar. I told him this was new, and I didn't drop it off in this condition. He seemed incapable of understanding, but refunded my money. I do not recommend this place, unless you want your clothes damaged.

  I just want to share the amazing service I got yesterday from the ladies in the bakery at fortinos! I was in a pinch for my son's 1st bday cake. The original plan fell through. However, I called the bakery at fortinos Eastgate and they were amazing. They didn't have what I needed but said not to worry they would make me one. Not only did they make me a delicious 1/2 slab cake they also captured my vision of what I wanted the cake to look like with just a simple conversation. Thank you ladies. I don't know your name but you have no idea how much I appreciate what you did for my little guys bday. Xo

  Was there yesterday getting a few groceries. Was browsing the clothing area when I found a few deals. The cashier in the clothing department was not very friendly at all. Tried to have conversation with her as I work retail and understand the holiday season, but she was very straight forward and not friendly at all. Smile its not that bad :)

  This location is OK. For the most part. I do a lot of my shopping at Fortinos locations because even though the prices are higher, the produce and meats are usually fresh and delicious. There are tons of employees working the registers as well (unlike metro) and I think it's great they provide so many jobs. Any staff I have ever approached has been extremely helpful. They either point you in the right direction for anything you are looking for or take you there themselves to ensure you find your product. One thing that took 2 stars off for me is the occasional rotten produce. It's not too often but a few times I have went in, they have had very rotten vegetables which are on sale but shouldn't even be on the shelves. Like cauliflower last week... $2.99 and full of slime and black spots, with obvious areas that had been trimmed off by the staff. This is totally unacceptable! Something like this should be compost not food. And the owner/manager whoever is advising the staff to cut away rotten portions and try and sell should be ashamed of themselves. Not to mention the high cost of it when it is rotten. You would think they would either take it off the shelf or at least lower the price to $.50 instead of $2.99
