  Dr. Bensimon is approachable and informative. He and his staff offered me many options with respect to my treatment and financial arrangements. I had a few fillings and the experience was very comfortable. I tried out the laser whitening which was a great value, and gave me great results. As well, they send me reminders for my appointments because I am so busy sometimes I forget, but with these emails and texts, it saves me the embarrassement of telling my dentist I forgot my appointment. I like the extended hours and weekend appointments, that way I can get my whole family in for cleanings. What more can I say, Great Job.

  From start to finish everyone was accommodating, friendly and helpful. The definition of comfort at a dental office starts with this office. Great whitening results and all my dental insurance concerns were addressed and dealt with by the staff at Dr. Bensimon which exceeded my expectations

  This dentist cares!!!I had the most comforting ,yet professional care,from Dr B,aswell as his wonderful team,Karen and Debbie,they were able to see me asap at christmas as i was very ill and needing a root canal,the tooth was quite infected ,my previous dentist could not fit me in,but that was ok, becuz it lead me to the best dentist i have ever had.They were awesome! Shortly after the root canal they even called me to followup with me .Went in today to have the tooth filled,with his help i was able to save my molar!You have to go there yourself to see ,they treat you so very very well and i need not look any further for a dentist that, i can trust and that truly cares about his patients.Thankyou Dr B!

  MISLEADING PRICE QUOTES!!!! I have no health care coverage so I have not seen a dentist in many years. I decided to make an appointment with this office and found the receptionist really lovely to deal with over the phone. I was asking for a quote on the price and she laid everything out for me and ended up quoting me about $150. I was blown-away with how affordable this was going to be and excited to start taking care of my oral health again! Once I arrived I had to wait due to an emergency but was eventually seen by the oral hygienist who had great customer service and then the dentist for about 2 minutes while he gave me some spiel about avoiding acidic foods and drinks. Once I was ready to pay my bill it was over $300 and I was floored. I then got some run-around about all of the extras I was charged for and how the quote is just a base-price but it really can't be determined until they see the sate of your mouth. Well that would have been nice to know BEFORE I got in the chair. I do not by any means have horrible teeth either- they actually complimented me on my teeth so I am unsure how the "state of my mouth" more than DOUBLED my bill. I was so upset that I never returned. I understand there is no cheap way to see a dentist so a little bit of honestly and being up-front would be appreciated and that is all I really ask from a dentists office. WOULD NEVER GO BACK!
