  Beatties pet hospital has been a nice experience we brought our dog there to get her fixed and after the surgery she made a full recovery! Nothing went wrong with her but I keep hearing bad things happen there. I hope after we get a new cat we can bring it here as well! Wonderful experience may cost a lot but after it pays off! All the staff are professional and polite.

  Took my dog in for dental surgery. A few days after the surgery she went blind. They said it was just a coincidence. A couple of weeks later her kidneys and liver started failing. We had to put her down because she ended up so sick. She was totally fine before the surgery. Coincidence my butt. DO NOT take your animals here!

  The worst!!! I showed up to our appointment on time. I was told the wait was going to be 10-20 minutes and ended up being an hour. While sitting in the waiting room I watched a man bring his dog in and he was clearly very upset. It was obvious he was there to put his dog down. He was told to sit and wait with his dog in a room filled with unhappy customers and I'm sure he found this very embarrassing. Could there not be a private room for these people? Thankfully they allowed him to go in after his 20 minute wait. After he put his dog down they had him wait in line to pay. As he walked out the staff at the front desk told him to "have a nice night"!!!! No one showed this man any compassion what so ever and to be told to have a nice night just shows you how they view you as customers. While I was waiting at the front desk after my appointment I was being ignored by the girl at the front desk. I actually said to her that she seemed busy so I was going to put my dog in the car and would be back. How much effort would it take to acknowledge a customer who is clearly waiting to speak to you???!!!! I watched another lady and her family wait for about 45 minutes to put their dog down too while i was there tonight. This is a money making operation and they will sell you what ever they can and over book as much as possible. I hope nobody supports a place this poorly run. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he wasn't in. I was not asked why or anything... All around horrible customer service!!!!! Plan on being there for 2 hours if you make an appointment!!!!!!!!
