  My father in-law had a stroke in the United States and was hospitalized over there. His travel insurance company sent a form to this this doctor to fill out and requested the last 12 months of my father in-laws medical history which was needed before theye could send him back to Canada by air ambulance. This doctor received the request on September 27th, 2017. After numerous calls to this doctor by the insurance company failed, I tried to contact this doctor. I called numerous times on October 2nd and they kept saying they would call me back. At the end of the day when they did not call back, my husband went to their office to see why the documents were not sent to the insurance. He was told they were going to send them and that he didn't need to see this doctor in regards to it. My husband made a point of waiting for this doctor. The doctor agreed to send them and said he would start on it right away and finish it the next morning, since the form was very long. The next day, Oct. 3rd, the insurance received the documents. When I spoke with the insurance on that day, I was informed they had made numerous attempts to get this doctor to co-operate but this doctor refused because he wanted paid before sending the documents. The form that this doctor said was so long to fill out, was a form with six simple questions on it. My father in-law was held in a US hospital for a week before any arrangements could be made to transfer him home because this greedy doctor fought to get a small measly amount of money from an insurance company. In the mean time, his patients hospital bill was rising rapidly. This is obviously not a doctor that puts his patients care before money. I would advise people to stay away from this office. This is a pathetic way for a doctor to run an office.
